On May 9, 2012, neXt Company Theatre was invited to a civil society meeting on migrant workers with Olivier de Schuter, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food. The meeting, which Karrie Porter attended on behalf of neXt, was part of his 11-day mission to Canada, his first to a developed country.
